金荞麦对鸭禽流感疫苗免疫效果影响

Effects of Fago-c on immune effects of avian influenza vaccine for ducks

摘要: 一直以来，鸭群对禽流感疫苗免疫应答效果欠佳，为解决该现状，利用金荞麦具有增强免疫力、抗癌和抑菌的功效，按照1%、2%、3% 的重量比将金荞麦混合于三穗麻鸭日粮中。于不同日龄采血后分别采用血凝抑制试验、MTT 法和ELISA 方法，检测禽流感抗体效价、T 淋巴细胞转化效率、IFN-γ 和IL-2 水平。结果显示，金荞麦能够促进禽流感疫苗对鸭群的体液免疫和细胞免疫水平。

Abstract: In order to solve the situation of ineffectiveness of avian influenza vaccine for ducks，1%，2%，3% weight of Fago-c was mixed in San-Sui duck diets separately. Fago-c has the functions of enhancing immunity，anti-cancer and antibacterial. HI，MTT and ELISA were used to detect avian influenza antibody titer，T lymphocyte transformation efficiency，IFN-γ and IL-2 levels，after ducks blood samples were collected on different days. The results showed that Fago-c could promote humoral and cellular immunity level of avian influenza vaccine for ducks
