小水榕组织培养中的细菌污染及鉴定

    Contamination and identification of bacteria in tissue cultures of Anubias barteri

    • 摘要: 对小水榕组织培养过程中的污染细菌进行分离鉴定,结果表明:分离到的13 株污染细菌分别属于4 个类群(Alphaproteobacteria、Betaproteobacteria、Gammaproteobacteria、Actinobacteria)的11 个属(Paracoccus、Sphingomonas、Agrobacterium、Delftia、Roseateles、Cupriavidus、Herbaspirillum、Stenotrophomonas、Acinetobacter、Microbacterium、Mycobacterium),其中Betaproteobacteria 为优势种群,占总数的38.5%;所有菌株和其同源菌株的相似性均在98% 以上。

       

      Abstract: Bacteria in tissue culture of Anubias barteri were isolated and identified in this study. The results showed that 13 isolates belonged to 11 genus(Paracoccus,Sphingomonas,Agrobacterium,Del ftia,Roseateles, Cupriavidus,Herbaspirillum,Stenotrophomonas,Acinetobacter,Microbacterium,Mycobacterium)of 4 groups (Alphaproteobacteria,Betaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Actinobacteria). 38.5% of all isolates were Betaproteobacteria that were dominant species. The result was beneficial for preventing the contamination of production in the future
