小水榕组织培养中的细菌污染及鉴定

Contamination and identification of bacteria in tissue cultures of Anubias barteri

摘要: 对小水榕组织培养过程中的污染细菌进行分离鉴定，结果表明：分离到的13 株污染细菌分别属于4 个类群（Alphaproteobacteria、Betaproteobacteria、Gammaproteobacteria、Actinobacteria）的11 个属（Paracoccus、Sphingomonas、Agrobacterium、Delftia、Roseateles、Cupriavidus、Herbaspirillum、Stenotrophomonas、Acinetobacter、Microbacterium、Mycobacterium），其中Betaproteobacteria 为优势种群，占总数的38.5%；所有菌株和其同源菌株的相似性均在98% 以上。

Abstract: Bacteria in tissue culture of Anubias barteri were isolated and identified in this study. The results showed that 13 isolates belonged to 11 genus（Paracoccus，Sphingomonas，Agrobacterium，Del ftia，Roseateles， Cupriavidus，Herbaspirillum，Stenotrophomonas，Acinetobacter，Microbacterium，Mycobacterium）of 4 groups （Alphaproteobacteria，Betaproteobacteria，Gammaproteobacteria，Actinobacteria）. 38.5% of all isolates were Betaproteobacteria that were dominant species. The result was beneficial for preventing the contamination of production in the future
