海南岛红厚壳不同种源种子表型性状和萌发特性研究

    Study on seed phenotypic traits and germination of Calophyllum inophyllum L. with different provenances on Hainan Island

    • 摘要: 对海南岛东北部海岸海口、文昌和琼海3 个不同种源地的红厚壳种子表型性状和种子萌发特性及其相关性进行了研究。结果表明:不同种源地红厚壳种子和果核的长、宽、厚和果核的风干重均存在显著差异,表现为:海口> 文昌> 琼海;文昌红厚壳种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、2 月龄幼苗株高均最大;种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数与果核的风干重、长、宽、厚均存在显著的正相关关系;100 mg/LGA3 处理的红厚壳种子其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均最大。可见,不同种源红厚壳种子的表型性状和萌发特性有显著差异,且二者之间存在相关性;适当浓度的植物生长调节剂有利于红厚壳种子萌发。

       

      Abstract: The phenotypic traits,germination features and the relationships between them of Calophyllum inophyllum from three different northeast-coast places of Hainan including Haikou,Qionghai and Wenchang were studied. Results showed that significant differences were found among provenances,followed as Haikou > Wenchang > Qionghai in length,width and thickness of seed and fruit stone and air-dry weight of fruit stone. Among three different provenances,the highest germination rate,germination potential,germination index and height of 2 months seedlings occurred in Wenchang provenance. The result of correlation analysis showed that the germination rate,germination potential and germination index had significantly positive correlation with air-dry weight,length,width and thickness of fruit stone. Result indicated that the treatment of 100 mg/L GA3 had the highest germination rate,germination potential and germination index. It was clear that phenotypic traits and germination features differed significantly and had positive correlation among different provenances,and appropriate concentration of plant growth regulator could promote the seed germination
