Abstract: With the steady growth in planting， increasing boom in trade and substantially emerging of enterprises home and abroad， the industry of flower in Guangdong shows a sound momentum， being feature by the largest planting scale and top sale volume in China， varied breed composition， as well as updated marketing mode. In this study， based on the supply and demand analysis of flower industry in Guangdong， it is suggested that， a warming trend would be found in the price possibly in 2015. Meanwhile， according to the science & technology development analysis of flower industry home and abroad， as well as the scientific and technological progress of Guangdong， we proposed such countermeasures as breeding new varieties， establishing flower industrial park， and advancing E-business conclusively
