Abstract: In recent years，the global tea yield showed a trend of regional coordinated growth，the main cause of climate change region collective tea production change is obvious. China is the world’s major tea producer，is the world’s major tea consumption country，is also the major green tea exporter country，its tea production，tea worldwide trade and tea consumption occupy a pivotal position. Guangdong has the largest tea wholesale market across the country，also is one of the country’s major tea production areas，has many varieties of tea，and has fast development of tea industry，the development momentum is also getting better and better. In 2013，Guangdong had tea growing area of 442 400 hm2， ranking 13th in our country；has production of 69 700 tons，ranking ninth in the country； has the average yield per hectare tea of 1.58 tons，ranking first in the country. In 2013，the tea output value of Guangdong was 2.117 billion Yuan，263 million Yuan higher than that of 2012，with increase rate of 14.19%，and the industry scale constantly grew
