小麦腥黑穗病冬孢子显微图像的获取及处理

    Acquisition and processing of microscopic image of Tilletia controversa teliospores in wheat

    • 摘要: 针对入境小麦腥黑穗病检验检疫中冬孢子区域计数问题,提出了小麦腥黑穗病图像处理的方法和流程。首先介绍了显微镜下腥黑穗病菌冬孢子图像的获取方法曰在将冬孢子的彩色图像灰度化后,采用中值滤波抑制噪声,利用metric 算法进行图像分割曰为了从背景中准确提取冬孢子区域,流程中采用图像形态学方法来消除二值图像中冬孢子区域的背景噪声和孔洞,并剔除图像边界处不完整的冬孢子区域曰最后采用区域标记的方法获得了冬孢子数目。结果表明,该研究提出的方法和流程能有效地改善图像的质量,并能够自动准确地提取并统计冬孢子区域,便于后续的识别工作。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of automatic teliospores counting of Tilletia controversa in wheat in inspectionand quarantine, this paper put forward a method of image processing. Firstly, the paper introduced the approach ofacquiring microscopic image of teliospores of T. controversa in wheat. Then under the condition of converting the color images of teliospores into grayscale images, the noise was suppressed by median filter and image segmentationn was accomplished by metric and mathematical morphology. In order to extract teliospores district accurately,background noise and holes of teliospores in binary image were eliminated by image morphology. Furthermore, \incomplete teliospore districts on the boundary were eliminated as well. At last, the method of region label was adopted to acquire the number of teliospores. The experiment results demonstrated that the method could improvedthe image qualityeffectively and acquire teliospore districts automatically and accurately, which made it easy and convenient for recognition works in further studies.
