山莓叶抑制家兔离体肠管运动活性物的分离纯化及活性研究

    Isolation,purification and activity of active componentsfrom Rubus corchorifolius leaves and their inhibitioneffects on movement of isolated rabbit intestinal

    • 摘要: 为明确山莓叶中抗腹泻的药效成分,利用溶剂萃取、常压柱层析、中压柱层析对山莓叶中的活性成分进行分离纯化,采用家兔离体肠实验检测抗腹泻活性,并对活性单体进行结构鉴定。结果表明:山莓叶中抑制离体肠效果好的化合物是对羟基肉桂酸乙酯,当其浓度为20 mg/mL 时,离体肠张力增量的变化率达到70.0%,强于阿托品的抑制效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the anti-diarrhea components from Rubus corchorifolius leaves,the active componentsfrom R. corchorifolius leaves were isolated and purified using solvent extraction,column chromatography and middlepressure column chromatography,and their anti-diarrhea activities were determined through the movement of isolatedintestinal of rabbit,meanwhile,the structure of active monomer was identified. The results showed that the componentwhich had anti-diarrhea activity on isolated intestinal was P-hydroxy ethyl cinnamate in R. corchorifolius leaves,whenthe concentration was 20 mg/mL,the change rate of tension increment of isolated intestinal reached 70.0%,and itsinhibition effect was better than that of atropine.
