Abstract: On the base of residents dairy products trade characteristics analysis, double logarithmic model is used to study the dairy product trade data from 1992 to 2012. The results show that there is a big deficit in dairy products trade, and structure and regional characteristic exist, exchange rate and tax rate have significant effect on dairy product trade and the price plays an important role, while quality standard and natural disaster also have important influence on dairy product trade.
