Abstract:
The formulation and field trail of Emamectin Benzoate Tebufenozide 25% SC were studied in this paper. According to the laboratory bioassay, there was obvious synergism effects on Spodoptera exigua Hiibner mortality, by means of tests of humectant and dispersantpreparation, antifreezing agent, antifoaming agent and thickening agent and technology the formulation of Emamectin BenzoateTebufenozide 25% SC was determined. The results of experimental verification of the formulated product demonstrated that all indexes of Emamectin Benzoate Tebufenozide 25% SC confirmed to the quality technical standards. Field control efficacy of Emamectin Benzoate Tebufenozide 25% SC(190 g/hm2 to 220 g/hm2) against S. exigua Hiibner in 14 days of application was 61.31%-83.81%, which was superior or similar to the efficacy of Emamectin Benzoate 1% EC (8.1 g/hm2) and Tebufenozide 20% SC (225 g/hm2).
