水稻种子蛋白质突变体米粒内蛋白质的分布特性分析

    Protein distribution of seed storage protein in grain of rice mutants

    • 摘要: 了解稻米米粒内部蛋白质的含量,成分及分布特征是改良稻米营养品质的基础,以水稻品种越光及其3个种子蛋白质突变体为材料,对其米粒内部蛋白质的成分和分布特征进行分析,发现野越光冶与突变体材料的米粒内部蛋白质的分布特征不同.在不同材料米粒的不同部位,种子蛋白质的组成成分和含量表现出明显的差异,这些种子蛋白质突变体,为揭示水稻贮藏蛋白积累机制和改良稻米营养品质提供了基础材料.

       

      Abstract: The content, composition and distribution of protein in rice grain were regarded as the basis for improving the nutritional quality of rice. A varieties, Koshihikari冶, and three seed storage protein mutants from Koshihikari were used to analyze the composition and distribution of protein in grain. The result demonstrated that different distribution characteristics of protein existed between rice seed protein mutants and the wild type, Koshihikari冶, these mutants revealed various composition and content of seed storage protein in different positio of grain. These mutants can be used as basic materials to reveal the mechanism of rice storage protein accumulation and modified, and to enhance nutritional quality of rice.
