Abstract: Technical barriers to trade (TBT) are the biggest obstacle to aquatic products export of China. This article firstly introduced the trade condition of Chinese aquatic products and the total status of technical barriers which aquatic products encountered, then adopted empirical methods to analyze the direction and degree of technical barriers to our aquatic products export. At last, this article analyzed the reasons that our products encountered the technical barriers, and some advices to tackle the TBT were provided from the aspects of government, trade associations and enterprise.
