聚丙烯酸酯负载毒死蜱载药微球及其缓释性能

    Preparation and slow-release performance of chlorpyrifos loaded polyacrylate Microspheres

    • 摘要: 以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,运用悬浮聚合工艺制备聚丙烯酸酯交联微球,并用浸渍法将毒死蜱负载于交联微球中制备载药缓释微球。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析表征了载药微球的结构特征和形貌,探讨了交联微球结构对载药微球的载药量和缓释性能的影响。研究结果表明,毒死蜱以非晶态较为均匀地负载于交联微球中,通过调整交联微球的疏水性能和交联密度,可实现微球对毒死蜱的负载量和缓释性能的调控。

       

      Abstract: Polyacrylic microspheres were prepared using suspension polymerization with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent, and the chlorpyrifos were loaded in the crosslinked microspheres by impregnation method. The structure and morphology of chlorpyrifos loaded microspheres were characterized by FTIR, SEM and DSC. The effect of structure of the crosslinked microspheres on loading content (LC) and release property was also investigated. The results indicated that amorphous chlorpyrifos was loaded in the crosslinked microspheres evenly. The loading content and release property of chlorpyrifos could be regulated by adjusting the hydrophobic properties and crosslinking density of microspheres.
