油棕胚蛋白质组学研究体系的建立

    Establishment of the proteomics research system for Elaeis guineensis embryos

    • 摘要: 油棕通过商业化种子繁殖,但种子萌发机理尚不明确,胚蛋白质组学研究有助于快速定位其关键调控因子。建立了油棕胚蛋白质学研究体系,涵盖种胚样品收集、总蛋白质提取、双向电泳体系及下游质谱鉴定数据分析,研究体系相对完整,对于促进基于蛋白质组学的油棕种子萌发机理研究及分子辅助育种研究等后续相关研究提供基础。

       

      Abstract: Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis) is propagated by commercial seeds, while the germination mechanism remains unclear. The proteomics study on oil palm embryos can help to locate critical factors of seed germination rapidly, and to provide theoretical evidence for research on seed dormancy and germination. The paper took embryos as research objects, aimed to establish the proteomics research system, and to provide theoretical basis for further succeeding studies, the regulation techniques on seed germination and the molecular assisted selection in oil palm.
