Abstract: This article mainly analyzes the evolution of rural cooperative finance and the supply status of rural cooperative financial services in our country. According to the actual circumstances of rural financial market，combined with the current demand for cooperative finance services in rural areas, the problems existing in the rural cooperative financial development necessity and the reality of the development of rural cooperative finance in China, the paper analyzes the current situation of our country rural cooperative financial organizations, and the problems in the development of rural cooperative financial organization and its reasons are analyzed in detailed.
