Abstract: With the status of continuous cropping obstacles in pineapple production，this research studied the effects of different fertilizer application rates on yield and quality of pineapple. The results showed that fruit length, fruit diameter,crown height, crown fresh weight, fruit weight and yield increased with the increase of fertilizer. The titratable acidity and total soluble sugar contents increased when the fertilizer rate was from FP80% to FP120%. However, Vitamin C and total soluble sugar contents of CK treatment were higher than those of other treatments. The fertilizer contribution rate(FCR) was in order: FP150%〉FP120%〉FP100%〉FP80%, and the agronomic efficiency(AE) was FP120%〉FP100%〉FP150%〉FP80%.Considering the fertilizer agronomic efficiency and the effects of different fertilizer application rates on pineapple growth,farmers should add 20% of fertilizer on the base of traditional fertilization.
