Abstract: Marine fishery resources are rich in Zhanjiang, but there are some deficiencies with processing rate,utilization, processing technology, automation, quality control, the residue of veterinary drug and circulation channels. To improve the utilization rate of aquatic resources, produce high value-added products and promote the industry development rapidly, the status of aquatic products processing at domestic and abroad is compared. The resource utilization rate, processing technology, equipment, marketing channels and security are compared. The future development trend is efficient, environment friendly, high-tech and multi-channel processing for Zhanjiang爷s aquatic products industry.
