带根贮藏及贮藏温度对油菜保鲜效果的影响

    Effects of storage temperature on rape preservation with roots

    • 摘要: 无根0℃为油菜常规贮藏方式。以“夏绿2号”油菜为试材,研究3种处理“无根0℃、带根0℃和带根5℃)对油菜贮藏效果的影响。结果表明,带根0℃贮藏可明显延缓贮藏期间油菜的失水、黄化和腐烂,对维持油菜叶绿素、Vc以及钙、铁、镁等矿物质元素含量效果显著,油菜贮藏期延长1倍、达到42d。

       

      Abstract: It is conventional preservation way for rape under 0℃ without root. Effects of three different storage conditions (0℃, rootless; 0℃, root; 5℃, root) on rape preservation were studied by using ”XIALV-2“rape. The results showed that, with root and low temperature (0℃) both significantly delayed the water loss, yellowing and rotting of rape and had remarkable effect on the maintenance of contents of Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b, Vc, Ca, Fe and Mg. Compared to the conventional storage (rootless, 0℃), the storage period of the rape with roots under 0℃ is prolonged more than doubled to 42 d.
