红江橙留树保鲜的保果率及糖、酸含量动态变化

    Dgnamic changes of fruitsetting rate and contents of sugar and acid in flesh Hongjiangcheng during on-tree storage

    • 摘要: 以红江橙成年树为试材,在果实转色前1 个月开始进行单独的叶面喷雾GA3、土壤施氮肥和树盘覆盖地膜或其混合等5 种留树保鲜处理,以期探讨其果实保果率、糖、酸含量在保鲜期间的动态变化特点。试验结果表明:5种果实留树保鲜处理均可达到良好的保果效果;不同果实留树保鲜处理的果实果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖含量动态变化呈单峰曲线,高峰出现在处理后42d;不同留树保鲜处理的果实酸含量在处理后42d前快速下降,至处理后42d达最低,之后变化趋于平缓;在12月下旬至翌年1月中旬,不同留树保鲜处理的果实可溶性糖含量较高、糖酸比适宜,建议此期作为留树保鲜处理的最佳采果期。

       

      Abstract: Taking Hongjiang orange adult trees as materials, this paper studied the dynamics of fruit retention rate and sugar, acid contents during on -tree storage. One month before the pericarp full coloring, 5 treatments were set, including foliar spray GA3+ applying soil nitrogen fertilizer + mulching plastic film, foliar spray GA3+ applying soil nitrogen fertilizer, foliar spray GA3+ mulching plastic film, applying soil nitrogen fertilizer and mulching plastic film. The results showed that, all the treatments had good effects on on-tree storage. The contents of sugars including fructose,glucose and sucrose in flesh fruits of all the treatments changed by single-peak curve, and all the peaks appeared on the 42th day after treatment. The contents of total acid in flesh fruits of all the treatments dropped quickly in the 42 days after treatment, and dropped to the bottom on the 42th day, then all the contents changed gradually. During the period from the late December to the middle January of the next year, the content of soluble sugar in flesh fruits was higher, and the ratio of sugar/acid got better too, so it was proposed to harvest during this period.
