应用于冷水鱼工厂化循环水养殖的自动化系统

    Automation system used in cold-water recirculating aquaculture

    • 摘要: 采用分散控制、集中管理远程监视的管理模式,实现工厂化循环水养殖中的水处理水质参数的自动化控制。论述了工厂化循环水处理的工艺流程,需要调控的主要参数和设备,对不同参数和设备采取不同的控制策略,其中pH、臭氧浓度、溶解氧量采取PID控制、温度采取模糊要PID自整定控制。介绍了该系统控制总体结构及流程,从而形成了工厂化循环水养殖的组态监控系统的架构。

       

      Abstract: The article described automatic control of water parameters in recirculating aquaculture system, including decentralized control, centralized management, remote monitoring model, discussed some recirculating water treatment process, utilized equipment and controlling parameters. Based on control requirement, different control strategies were adopted. PID control was used in pH, ozone concentration, dissolved oxygen and Fuzzy -PID self -tuning control was selected in temperature. Meanwhile, this paper expressed the overall structure of automatic system and the configuration monitoring of system architecture.
