逆境胁迫下烟草生理生化响应研究进展

    Research advance on physiological and biochemical responses of tobacco to stress

    • 摘要: 目前,水资源短缺和分配不均、土壤重金属污染在全世界范围内日趋严重,以及低温冷害均会对烟草造成严重的胁迫以致影响到其产量和质量。对烟草在水分、重金属、低温环境下的伤害进行了简要概述,综述了水分胁迫、重金属胁迫、低温胁迫下烟草生理生化指标的变化,为寻找提高烟草抗逆性生化调控措施提供一定的参考,并展望了今后的研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Nowadays, the shortage and uneven distribution of water resources hindereds the agricultural development. And the heavy metal pollution of soil seriously threats the human health through the food chain. Tobacco is thermophilic crop and the chilling injury damages its quality. In this article, authors summarized the changes of physiological and biochemical indicators caused by the water, heavy metal and low temperature stress in tobacco. It could provid theoretical basis for improving stress-resistance measures. The research trend of tobacco under stress was forecasted on the future as well.
