Abstract: SSR molecular markers are quick, exact and not influenced by environment to in authenticity identification of varieties, compared to plant in field. And it爷s an effective way to combat tort and protect the rights of varieties爷owners. 20 pairs of core primers were used to identify authenticity of maize varieties, and it爷s different obviously of the amplification products of 9 pairs, the others were the same. It suggests that it爷s feasible in identifying authenticity of maize varieties using SSR molecular markers.
