珍珠魟人工繁殖及生长特性的初步研究

    Artificial propagation and growth characteristics of Potamotrygon motoro

    • 摘要: 以60 尾珍珠魟(Potamotrygon motoro)为研究对象,进行人工繁育和生长试验。在2011要2013 年间成功繁育珍珠魟500 尾,成活率达90%。同时对人工养殖条件下珍珠魟生长特性进行研究,结果表明,珍珠魟的体重(W)与日龄(t)呈线性关系院W= 3.7641t-75.704,R2=0.9623;体盘长(L)与日龄呈线性关系院L=0.0536t+10.952,R2=0.9834;体重与体盘长呈幂函数关系院W=0.0411L3.094,R2=0.9924,指数b 为3.094,说明人工养殖条件下珍珠魟属于等比生长类型,体重与体盘长生长基本同步。

       

      Abstract: During 2011 to 2013, 500 Potamotrygon motoro were successfully reproduced and the survival rate was more than 90%. 60 juveniles were chosen to study the growth characteristics of P. motoro under artificial farming condition. The result showed that there was a linear relationship between body weight (W) and day age (t), and the regressive equation was W =3.7641t-75.704, R2=0.9632; there was also a linear relationship between body length (L) and day age, and the regressive equation was L=0.0536t+10.952, R2=0.9834; there was a power function relationship between body weight and body length, and the relationship was W =0.0411L3.094, R2=0.9924. The power was close to 3, indicating that the growth of weight was as fast as that of the body length of P. motoro, and the growth was isometric.
