圆盖阴石蕨对水分胁迫的生理响应

    Physiological response of Humata tyermanni to water stress

    • 摘要: 以圆盖阴石蕨为试验材料,采用聚乙二醇6000 (PEG6000)人工模拟干旱胁迫,研究不同浓度的PEG6000 渗透胁迫对圆盖阴石蕨的叶片形态、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、POD 活性、相对电导率的影响。结果表明院浓度为10%、20%和30%的PEG6000 渗透胁迫后,圆盖阴石蕨形态均受到不同程度损害,且表现为30%的PEG6000 渗透胁迫受损最严重,叶片干枯卷缩最厉害。游离氨基酸含量、可溶性糖含量、POD 活性、相对电导率均与胁迫浓度呈正相关。

       

      Abstract: The effects of osmotic stress of polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) with different concentrations on the leaf morphology, free proline content, soluble sugar content, POD activity and relative electric conductivity of Humata tyermanni were studied, using PEG6000 to manual simulated drought stress. The results showed that osmotic stress of 10%, 20% and 30% PEG6000 caused different degrees of damage to the plant morphology, the injury effect of 30% PEG6000 was most severe and the leaf withered seriously. Besides, the free proline content, soluble sugar content, POD activity, relative electric conductivity were postively correlated with stress concentration.
