妃子笑荔枝果实不同组织挥发性物质的成分分析

    Analysis on volatile components of different tissues of Feizixiao litchi fruit

    • 摘要: 分析比较妃子笑荔枝果实不同组织挥发性物质各类及其含量的差异。采用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用(SPME/GC-MS)技术,对妃子笑荔枝果实不同组织(果皮、果肉、果核)的挥发性物质进行定性和定量检测。结果表明,妃子笑荔枝果实主要挥发性物质由烯类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酸类以及烷烃类化合物组成。在妃子笑荔枝果皮、果肉和果皮中均含有苧烯、乙酸香茅酯、橙花醇、右旋大根香叶烯、琢-香柠檬烷、琢-姜黄烯、琢-姜烯和琢-金合欢烯8 种化合物,但相对含量有差异。琢-姜烯在果皮中相对含量为20.22%,果肉5.31%,果核1.31%。

       

      Abstract: The volatile components of different tissues of Feizixiao litchi fruit were investigated and compared. Gas chromatography -mass spectrometry combined with headspace solid phase micro -extraction was used to determine the contents of volatile components from different tissues, such as pericarp, pulp and seed of Feizixiao litchi fruit. The results showed that the main volatile components of Feizixiao fresh litchi fruit were alkenes, alcohols, aldehydes, esters, acids and alkanes. In Feizixiao litchi pericarp, pulp and seed, there were 8 compounds, DL-limonene, Citronellyl acetate, Nerol, Germacrene-D,DL-Bergamotane, DL-Curcumene, DL-zingiberene and DL-Farnesene were detected simultaneously. However, their relative contents were varied. The relative contents of DL-zingiberene in pericarp, pulp and seed of Feizixiao fresh litchi fruit were 20.22%, 5.31% and 1.31%, respectively.
