茶树芽叶儿茶素含量与转录因子MYB、bHLH关联分析

    Correlation analysis between catechins content and transcription factor MYB, bHLH of bud and leaf in tea plant

    • 摘要: 以茶树芽叶为试验材料,用高效液相色谱检测儿茶素含量,用高通量测序技术分析转录因子MYB、bHLH 表达差异,应用数据统计分析儿茶素含量与转录因子MYB、bHLH 表达的关联性。结果表明院3 个转录因子MYB 基因comp150334_c1、comp143073_c0、comp130756_c0 与儿茶素总量、酯型儿茶素含量的关联系数均在0.80 以上;3 个转录因子MYB 基因comp166178_c0、comp159173_c0、comp109329_c0,3 个转录因子bHLH 基因comp159534_c2、comp159225_c0、comp142932_c0 与儿茶素总量、酯型儿茶素含量的关联系数均在0.75 以上,这将为研究茶树儿茶素生物合成过程的关键转录因子基因提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Using buds and leaves from tea plant as experimental materials, their catechins contents were detected by HPLC, differential expression of transcription factor MYB, bHLH were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing, and then the correlation between catechins content and transcription factor MYB, bHLH expression were analyzed. The results indicated that the correlation coefficient of total catechin contents, ester catechin contents with three MYB transcription factor genes comp150334_c1, comp143073_c0, comp130756_c0 were above 0.80; The correlation coefficient of total catechin contents, ester catechin contents with three MYB transcription factor genes comp166178_c0, comp159173_c0, comp109329_c0, three bHLH transcription factor genes comp159534_c2, comp159225_c0, comp142932_c0 were above 0.75. The results provide theoretical basis for the key transcription factor genes of catechins biosynthesis in tea plant.
