Abstract: This article analyzed production, distribution, silk export, cocoon price movement and cost -benefit of Guangdong sericulture industry from 2012 to 2013. According to industry development problems and needs, crystallized key areas of Guangdong sericulture technology development, then provided some countermeasures, including improving industrial technology innovation capability, intensifying efforts to support industry, enhancing the overall efficiency of the industry.
