Abstract: Famers are the main body in agriculture and rural areas, and the problems about Agriculture袁Rural areas and peasantry are problems about farmers to get rich. The most basic method to enable farmers to get rich is to cultivate a large number of new occupation farmers. This paper analyzes the definition of new occupation farmer, the significance, avenue, cultivation status and difficulties of cultivating new occupation farmer. At last, some important measures including constructing system of new occupation farmer education and training, enhancing the impact of government policies, and improving the system of new occupation farmer's cultivation were put forward.
