Abstract: According to recent national biological industry policies, files, plannings and so on, learn from the successful experience of development of bio-industry in foreign countries, from the point of view of management, this paper expounds the developing situation of biological industry in China in development level, development system, development policies and development measures, then predicts the prospect of the biotechnology industry. On the basis, analyzes the existing development of bio-industry domestic problems, and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the healthy development of the biotechnology industry.
