Abstract: A diseases diagnosis model for pond aquaculture was constructed and verified by BP neural network method. Taking aquaculture species, breeding stage, pathogen, infection sites, water temperature and region as input factors, diseases types as output unit, after training of BP network, the model was used to predict. The estimation of the model showed that the prediction results were in acceptable limits.
