刀鲚染色体核型分析

    Chromosome karyotype analysis of Coilia nasus

    • 摘要: 以刀鲚的鳃和头肾组织为材料,采用腹腔注射植物血细胞凝集素(PHA)、秋水仙素法制备染色体标本,进行染色体核型分析;同时,采用石蜡组织切片以确定每尾刀鲚的性别。结果显示,刀鲚雌雄染色体存在差异,雌性染色体数目为2n=47,雄性染色体数目为2n=48,核型公式为2n(意)=2X=47t(SAT)、2n()=2X=48t(SAT);最长的一对染色体上存在随体,次缢痕;且刀鲚存在性染色体,其性染色体型为ZZ-ZO 型。

       

      Abstract: The metaphase chromosomes of Coilia nasus was obtained from gill and head kidney tissue by the method of phyohemagglutinin (PHA) and colchicine injection, and then the karyotype was analyzed. By the method of paraffin section, we knew the sex of C. nasus. The results showed that the female C. nasus was 47 chromosomes in the diploid and the karyotype formula was 2n=47t, and the male C. nasus was 48 chromosomes in the diploid and the karyotype formula was 2n= 48t. And the sexual chromosome and heteromorphic chromosome was observed, the sex karyotype formula was ZZ-ZO.
