不同基因型烤烟中性致香物质含量差异性分析

    Study on neutral aroma content difference of different genotypes of flue-cured tobacco leaves

    • 摘要: 采用GC-MS 测定方法,对贵州4 个基因型烤烟的中性致香物质类胡萝卜素降解产物、苯丙氨酸类、类西柏烷类、新植二烯的含量进行分析测定。结果表明;毕纳1 号、贵烟1 号、贵烟2 号烤后烟叶中性致香物质总量明显高于K326;毕纳1 号烤后烟叶中性致香化物质总量、类胡萝卜素降解产物含量、苯丙氨酸类含量、类西柏烷类和新植二烯含量均最高,其中新植二烯含量显著高于K326,类胡萝卜素降解产物含量显著高于贵烟2 号;贵烟2 号和贵烟1 号中性致香物质总量高于K326,主要是因其新植二烯含量的增加所致。

       

      Abstract: The differences of neutral aroma (including carotenoid degradation products, aromatic amino acids, cembranoids and neophytadiene et al.) content of 4 different genotypes of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Guizhou were studied by GC-MS method. The result showed that Bina1, Guiyan1 and Guiyan2 had higher neutral aroma than that of K326. The total neutral aroma, carotenoid degradation products, aromatic amino acids, cembranoids and neophytadiene content of Bina1 were higher than others. The carotenoid degradation products content of Binal was significantly higher than Guiyan2, and neophytadiene content was significantly higher than K326. Guiyan1 and Guiyan2 had higher neutral aroma content than that of K326, just because of their higher neophytadiene content.
