Abstract: The market supply and demand, price, etc., of beef industry in 2012 at home and abroad, especially in Guangdong Province were analyzed, and supply and demand, market demand, and prices of beef industry in Guangdong Province in 2013 were summarized. The science and technology progress and demand situation of beef industry and related industries were analyzed. The main factors restricted the development of beef industry in Guangdong Province were identified, then suggestions and countermeasures were proposed to increase government support, strengthen technology promotion, create a favorable market environment, and improve the social services to accelerate the industrial development, for he development of beef industry in Guangdong Province.
