氨基酸液体肥料对沙糖桔产量及品质的影响

    Effects of amino acid fluid fertilizer on yield and quality of Shatangju

    • 摘要: 田间试验研究了氨基酸液肥在沙糖桔生产上的应用效果。结果表明,经氨基酸液肥淋施后,沙糖桔功能叶叶绿素含量比对照提高5.8%~20.3%,果实直径比对照增加6.7%~16.3%,单株平均座果数比对照提高54.4%~95.7%,比普通商品液肥淋施处理增产10.4%~41.6%,具有良好的增产效果。氨基酸液肥处理能有效提高沙糖桔果实可溶性固形物含量和可溶糖含量,降低有机酸含量,有效提升果实糖酸比,改善果实风味,提高果实品质。

       

      Abstract: The field experiment was carried out to study the application effect of amino acid fluid fertilizer on Shatangju. The results showed that applying amino acid fertilizer solution was more effective, the chlorophyll content of leaf, fruit diameter and fruit number per plant improved by 5.8%~20.3%, 6.7%~16.3% and 54.4%~95.7%, respectively. In a word, the yield of Shatangju increased by 10.4% 41.6% compared with the treatment of commercial fertilizer appling. The Shatangju applied with fluid fertilizer had better fruit quality, the contents of soluble sugar and solid were higher than those of control, while the organic acid was lower than control.
