Abstract: Affected by high density fishing and environmental factors, the eel larvae becomes increasingly scarce in the world. China is the first superpower of eel industry in the world. The farming production of eel in Guangdong is about 70% of national output. To promote the healthy development of eel industry, the present condition and problems of eel industry in Guangdong were analyzed, and the countermeasures on the eel industry of Guangdong were put forward.
