6种真菌诱导子对V3蝴蝶兰组培苗生长的影响

    Effects of six kinds of fungal elicitor on platelet growth of Phalaenopsis V3 seedling

    • 摘要: 为优化蝴蝶兰种苗快繁技术体系,探索一种无激素培养的蝴蝶兰组培方法,将从“生兰中分离得到的6种菌根真菌制成真菌诱导子分别按40、60、80 mL/L 的剂量加入到基础培养基中,研究其对V3 蝴蝶兰组培苗生长的影响。结果表明院培养90 d后,处理1、2等13 个处理均能极显著地促进鲜重的增长,其中处理6、13、16 和处理18 效果最佳;处理9、10、13 的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)的含量均极显著高于CK。结合对鲜重和叶绿素的影响,添加40 mL/L 的Y5、80 mL/L 的Y3 最适合用于对蝴蝶兰组培苗的促生生产中。

       

      Abstract: To optimize technical system of rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis seedling, we try to find a hormone-free method. This paper studied the effects of six kinds of fungal elicitor isolated from the wild Orchids爷s roots on platelet growth of Phalaenopsis V3 seedling. 40, 60, 80 ml/L fermentation liquid was added to the plant culture media, training 90 d, we analyzed fresh weight and chlorophyll content. Results showed that compared with the control group, 13 kinds of treat- ments was found to significantly increase the fresh weight (P<0.01), and that the inducing effects were in the order of trt6 > trt13>trt16>trt18. Compared with the control group, trt9, trt10 and trt13 were found to significantly increase the chlorophyll content (P<0.01). It can be concluded that, combined with the effect on fresh weight and chlorophyll, adding 40 ml/L Y5 or 80 ml/L Y3 is suited for the Phalaenopsis V3 seedling.
