甘薯分子遗传图谱研究进展与展望

    Species resources of mammal in Wutong mountain national forest park, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

    • 摘要: 阐述了国内外甘薯多倍性及核型、分子标记开发、分子遗传图谱构建、数量性状定位的研究进展,分析了甘薯分子遗传图谱构建中存在的问题院(1)甘薯多倍性的属性尚未明了,核型信息匮乏;(2)目前用于构建甘薯遗传图谱的分子标记种类稀少、数量匮乏;特别缺少基于特异片段位点的分子标记,如SSR 标记、EST-SSR 标记和基于抗病基因同源序列的分子标记开发等;(3)目前所得到的分子标记遗传图谱尚未达到实用的程度;(4)作图群体偏小,制约了精细分子标记遗传图谱的构建以及QTL 的准确性。并指出今后需加强研究的几个方面。

       

      Abstract: Survey on mammal species resources was conducted in Wutong mountain national forest park in Shenzhen of Guangdong province from April to August, 2012. 24 species of mammal were found under 17 genera, 11 families and 7 orders. There were 10 Chiropteran species and 7 Rodentian species, accounted for 41.7% and 29.2% respectively. There were 2 Insectivora species and 2 Carnivora species, accounted for 16.7%. There were 1 Primates species, 1 Pholidota species and 1 Artiodactyla species, accounted for 12.5%. Among 24 species, 2 species were grade 域key state-protected species and 4 species were the national protected terrestrial wild animals with important ecological, economic and scientific values, 3 species were listed in the IUCN red list of threatened animals, and 3 species were ranked the threatened animals by CITES 域, 6 species were included in the list of China Red Data Book of Endangered Animals, 17 species belonged to oriental type species while other each 3 species belonged to palaearctic type and south China type respectively.
