日粮赖氨酸水平对海南黑猪生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

    Determination of difenoconazole residue in mango by gas chromatography

    • 摘要: 研究日粮中添加不同赖氨酸水平(0.6%、0.8%、1.0%)对海南黑猪生产性能和血清生化指标的影响,结果表明,赖氨酸的添加水平显著影响海南黑猪的平均日增重,以赖氨酸水平为1.0%处理组生产性能最佳;赖氨酸的添加水平除了显著影响海南黑猪血清白蛋白含量外,对血清总蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮含量及白/球比均无显著影响。综合认为,生长中期海南黑猪日粮赖氨酸的添加水平以1.0%为宜。

       

      Abstract: By examining four different pre -treatment methods, a rapid analytical method was developed for the determination of difenoconazole residue in mango by gas chromatography (GC) coupled with electron capture detector (ECD). The difenoconazole was extracted by acetronitrile, purified by PSA and anhydrous MgSO4 and determined by GC-ECD with external standard method. A good linearity ranging from 2 to 200 滋g/L was obtained and the correlation coefficient was 0.9991. Recoveries of difenoconazole were 90.5% to 98.0% at three spiked levels, 0.05, 0.50 and 2.00 mg/kg, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.56%~3.40% (n=3). The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.005 mg/kg. Compared with the other three methods, this method was suitable for bulk sample detection since the developed method was rapid, simple, cheap, high efficient and sensitive. And it has been successfully applied to the market monitoring sample detection of mango.
