    Research on photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaves in hybrid rice during grain filling

    • 摘要: 通过对6个不同籼型恢复系水稻进行花药培养研究,先后分析了激素配比、有机附加物、不同基因型、杂交组合等因素对花药培养力的影响。结果表明,B3 处理中激素配比(2,4-D颐NAA颐KT颐6-BA=2颐1颐0颐0)较为适用于R8166 的花药培养,而B2 处理中激素配比(2,4-D颐NAA颐KT颐6-BA=2颐1颐0颐0.5)则较适用于航恢173;添加有机添加物能在一定程度改善花药培养的愈伤诱导率,却降低其后续分化的能力。进一步研究表明,基因型是影响花药培养力的最重要的内在因素,籼稻的花药培养力较低,其中泰丰占的花药培养力最高;杂交组合R1 和R2 的愈伤诱导率均比R8166 有所提高,但后续分化则表现较差。通过试验逐步筛选出适合籼型恢复系水稻花药培养的优良培养条件,为实现利用花药培养加快育种进程奠定基础。

       

      Abstract: The changes of chlorophyll content, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flag leaves in three hybrid rice combinations during grain filling were investigated. The results showed that Pn, Tr, Ci, Gs, Fv/Fm, ETR in leaves and Yield of different hybrid rice combinations during grain filling showed a wavelike decrease change with the development of seeds. The changes of these parameters were also significantly different. The Pn of Feiyou188 and B2You768 were much higher than Gangyou725 at the early stage of grain filling. Then, the Tr, Gs, Ci and Fv/Fm of Feiyou188 and B2You768 decreased gradually at the medium stage of grain filling, while these parameters of Gangyou725 were volatile during this period. The effective spike number, 1000-grain weight, grain yield of Feiyou188 and B2You768 were much higher than Gangyou725, showed better qualities.
