杂交水稻灌浆后剑叶光合特性比较研究

    Research on photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaves in hybrid rice during grain filling

    • 摘要: \光合参数尧叶绿素荧光参数的变化遥结果表明:随着籽粒的不断充实袁剑叶净光合速率渊Pn冤尧蒸腾速率"Tr"\胞间CO2 浓度Ci\气孔导度Gs\Fv/Fm\ETR 和Yield均呈波动下降的趋势,不同组合间各指标的变化存在显著差异.灌浆初期袁菲优188 和B2 优768 的净光合速率显著高于对照品种冈优725曰灌浆中期袁菲优188 和B2 优768 的Tr\Gs\Ci 和Fv/Fm 值逐渐下降,而冈优725 的这些指标波动性较大.菲优188 和B2 优768 的有效穗数\千粒重和籽粒产量显著高于冈优725,显示出菲优188 和B2 优768良好的植株特性.

       

      Abstract: The changes of chlorophyll content, photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flag leaves in three hybrid rice combinations during grain filling were investigated. The results showed that Pn, Tr, Ci, Gs, Fv/Fm, ETR in leaves and Yield of different hybrid rice combinations during grain filling showed a wavelike decrease change with the development of seeds. The changes of these parameters were also significantly different. The Pn of Feiyou188 and B2You768 were much higher than Gangyou725 at the early stage of grain filling. Then, the Tr, Gs, Ci and Fv/Fm of Feiyou188 and B2You768 decreased gradually at the medium stage of grain filling, while these parameters of Gangyou725 were volatile during this period. The effective spike number, 1000-grain weight, grain yield of Feiyou188 and B2You768 were much higher than Gangyou725, showed better qualities.
