棉花分子标记育种技术研究进展

    Research progress of cotton molecular marker-assisted breeding

    • 摘要: 分子标记技术是棉花遗传育种的重要辅助手段之一,棉花分子标记育种的研究已取得了重大进展。综述了分子标记在棉花遗传多样性分析、杂种优势预测、种质资源鉴定、基因定位及分子标记辅助选择育种等方面的研究进展,并对棉花分子标记技术在育种中存在的问题进行探讨,以期促进棉花分子标记技术能更好地应用于遗传育种中,为选育综合性状优良的棉花新品种提供更加有力的辅助手段。

       

      Abstract: Molecular marker technology is one of the most important auxiliary means of cotton genetic breeding, which has made a significant progress in cotton molecular marker breeding research. This article gave an overview of the research progress in analysis of genetic diversity, prediction of heterosis, identification of germplasm, genes mapped and markerassisted selection breeding. In addition, problems appearing in the application process of cottom molecular marker technology would be discussed in order to expect it to be better used in genetic breeding, which would provide more powerful auxiliary means for selecting and cultivating new cotton cultivars that possessed superior multiple traits
