半枝莲组织培养技术研究

Study on tissue culture of Scutellaria barbata D. Don

摘要: 药用植物半枝莲是一种应用范围广使用量大和药效功能多的传统中药,近年研究表明其还具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,研究了不同激素及添加量对半枝莲继代培养和生根培养的影响,结果表明院不同的细胞分裂素和生长素比例对半枝莲继代培养的影响不同半枝莲继代培养最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IAA 0.2mg/L,不同的细胞分裂素和生长素比例对半枝莲根的生长影响也不同,半枝莲壮苗生根最适培养基为1/2MS+ NAA1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L。

Abstract: Scutellaria barbata is a medicinal plant with wide range of application, large amount of use and variety of efficacy, recent studies indicate that it also has good anti-tumor effect. In this research, the effects of different kinds and quality of hormone on the subculture and rooting culture of S. barbata were studied. The results showed that the influences of different cytokinin and auxin ratio on subculture and rooting culture of S. barbata were different, the best subculture medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L, the best rooting medium was 1/2MS+ NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L.
