摘要: 对流动相酸度,洗脱速度和色谱柱柱温进行了优化,建立了一个非常适用于检测饮用水中微囊藻毒素LR 的分析方法,该方法用0.04%TFA/乙腈,63,37,为流动相,洗脱时间为7 min,该方法具有温和,快速,经济,适用等特点,经过对广东省某典型水库的微囊藻毒素进行检测分析,结果表明院该方法定量可靠,准确、灵敏,回收率为88%,最低检出限为0.05 滋g/L.Abstract: This study established an available analysis method for the detection of microcystin LR in drinking water. The mobile phase acidity, elution rate and column temperature were optimized in this method. 0.04% TFA/acetonitrile (63 37) was chosen as the mobile phase, elution time was 7 min. The method was gentle, fast, economical, available etc. Through the detection and analysis of microcystin LR in a typical reservoir of Guangdong province, we found that this method was reliable, accurate, sensitive, and the recovery was 88%, the lowest detection limit was 0.05 g/L.
