无溶剂微波提取法提取柚皮精油的初步研究

    Primary study on solvent-free microwave extraction of essential oil from Citrus grandis peel

    • 摘要: 以柚类果实的外果皮为试材利用自制的微波结合重力萃取装置提取柚皮精油比较了无溶剂微波法与水蒸馏法提取精油的效果结果表明2 种方法提取250 g 柚皮的精油量均在0.40 mL 左右无溶剂微波法提取可节省时间90%以上节能60%气相色谱分析表明,无溶剂微波法与蒸馏法提取精油的成分基本相同,表明无溶剂微波提取基本不影响柚皮精油的质量。

       

      Abstract: The essential oil was obtained by solvent-free microwave extraction through a self-designed microwave hydrodiffusion and gravity installation from pomelo (Citrus grandis Osbeck) peel. The yield, physical properties and gas chromatography of the essential oil was compared with that of the traditional hydrodistillation. It could be concluded from the results that 250 g peel could extract about 0.40 mL essential oil by both extraction methods, and the quality and ingredients of the essential oil extracted by solvent-free microwave extraction were similar to those of hydrodistillation. Furthermore, the solvent-free microwave extraction could save around 90% time and 60% energy.
