Abstract: In recent years, information service teams in China's rural areas continue to grow, team construction becomes more and more institutional and standard, and information service team training is getting progressive. However,some problems still exist, mainly engaged in: lack of construction planning and number of talents of rural information service team, inconsequence of rural information service team structure, little enthusiasm of information service team of rural job and low level of rural information service team management and training. In views of above situations, suggestions for improvement from three aspects are put forward, which are strengthening the planning and management of rural information service team construction, taking measures to improve rural information service team training and establishing the long-term mechanism construction of rural informatization service team.
