农林院校科技工作者农业公共服务动因及制约因素分析

    Motivation and constraints of agricultural public service by science and technology workers in agricultural and forestry colleges

    • 摘要: 针对农业公共服务动因的场域性特征,本研究选取综合动因范式中的社会心理学研究路径,从行为主体尧行为客体和社会制度环境3个方面系统考察农林院校科技工作者的农业公共服务动因及制约因素。现阶段需要契合农业公共服务的责任动因、需求动因和制度环境动因,针对农业公共服务供给责任虚化、承接能力有限、激励不足等制约因素,强化动因、化解阻力,以提升农林院校科技工作者的农业公共服务水平。

       

      Abstract: Aimed to the field characteristics of agricultural public service motivation, this study selected research routeof social psychology in synthetic agent paradigm, from three aspects of the actors, the behavior of the object, and social systems environment, to examine motivation and constraints of agricultural public service by science and technology workers in agricultural and forestry colleges. In this stage, we need to fit the responsibility motivation, requirement motivation and Institutional environment motivation of agricultural public service, aimed at constraints including responsibility empty,limited ability to undertake and lack of encouragement, should strengthen motivation and defuse resistance to enhance the agricultural public services level by science and technology workers in agricultural and forestry colleges.
