Abstract: As the superior industry in Hainan, banana industry is suffering from kinds of interference factors in recent years, it爷s an urgent need to establish early-warning system to ensure healthy, stable and sustainable development of Hainan banana industry. Based on the stability, unified leadership, layer management, division of labor and cooperation,science and system, maneuverability construction principle, this paper put forward the framework of early-warning system of Hainan banana industry, and studies the early-warning monitoring system, early-warning information analysis system,early-warning response system and rapid response system.
