不同光质对豌豆芽苗菜生长和品质的影响

    Effects of different light quality on the growth and quality of pea sprouts

    • 摘要: 以豌豆为试验材料,设8红1蓝(8R1B、T1)、6红3蓝(6R3B、T2)、6红2绿1蓝(6R2G1B、T3)3个处理,以普通白光LED灯为对照(CK),研究不同光质LED植物灯对豌豆芽苗生长、光合色素(叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素)含量与营养品质(硝酸盐、维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、可溶性总酚、类黄酮和游离氨基酸冤含量的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,3个处理均不同程度促进豌豆芽苗生长,其中以T3处理效果最好,下胚轴长增加27.50%,鲜重增加28.02%,干重增加33.85%。各处理的硝酸盐含量T1>T3>CK>T2,均低于国家规定的硝酸盐含量标准;3个处理的豌豆芽苗Vc和类胡萝卜素含量均显著高于CK;T3处理可增加可溶性蛋白、类黄酮的含量。综合得出:与CK相比,3个处理均可增加豌豆芽苗菜的产量,改善营养品质,其中T3处理效果最突出。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different light-emitting diodes ( LEDs) light quality (white (CK), 8R1B(T1), 6R3B(T2) and 6R2G1B (T3)) on the growth and quality of pea sprouts were studied. . The results showed that, compared to CK, the growth of pea sprouts were improved in 3 treatments and the best treatment is T3. The fresh weight and dry weight of sprouts in T3 treatment increased by 28.02%, 33.85%, respectively, and the hypocotyl length of sprouts in T3 increased by 27.50%. Nitrate contents of sprouts in these treatments were as follow : T1>T3>CK>T2 and far below the standard limit of nitrate in vegetables in China. The contents of vitamin C and carotenoid of sprouts in 3 treatments were significantly higher than CK. The contents of soluble protein and flavonoid increased in T3 treatment. In general, compared to CK, 3 treatments could increase the yield and improve the quality of pea sprouts, and T3 was the best treatment.
