Abstract: In order to clarify the effects of leisure agriculture on the regional economy, this paper taken the Mentougou area in Beijing as example, and analyses the development of leisure agriculture of this area. Secondly, this paper calculates and analyzes the multiple indicators in evaluation index system based on the investigating data. At the same time,according to the Economic Contribution Theory , Gray System Theory in Industrial Economics, this paper summaries the constructive effect of leisure agriculture on the regional economy and the degree of economic contributions. In the end, the paper suggested some practicable strategies and measures to develop the leisure agriculture and promote the economic contribution rate to ensure the sustainable development of leisure agriculture.
