Abstract: The influencing factors index system of aquatic products quality and safety in circulation is established.Then we apply AHP model to make a quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of quality and safety in circulation.Through a comprehensive evaluation and sorting, the result shows that the organization and specialization level of circulation bodies is the most important factor influencing the quality and safety of aquatic products, followed by the circulation channels, laws and regulations, cold chain logistics technology, awareness of quality, safety of circulation bodies and other index factors. And then suggestions are given.
