旋转剪刀式荔枝采摘机采摘机理分析与结构设计

    Analysis and design of rotary scissor style litchi picking mechanism and machine

    • 摘要: 为减少荔枝采摘的劳动强度,结合荔枝果实分布特点及保鲜特性,对荔枝采摘机理进行了分析,并设计一种旋转剪刀式荔枝采摘机。在总体设计的基础上,对剪切部件中切割刀片的结构进行了优化。分析采摘过程中切割刀片的受力情况,结果显示安装座传递至切割刀片的转矩为238.75Nm,枝条对切割刀片的最大反向作用力为3851N,切割刀片在剪切过程中受到的最大切应力为23.02Mpa,由此得出切割刀片的安全系数为8.99。分析结果验证了切割刀片结构设计的可靠性和采摘机理的可行性,为其结构的进一步优化及采摘机理的研究提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the labor intensity of litchi harvest, combinating the characteristics of litchi fruit distribution and fresh-keeping, litchi picking mechanism was studied, and designed rotary scissor style litchi picking machine was designed. The structural optimization of the cutting blade was done based on the overall structural design of the picking machine. With the cutting force analysis of cutting blades during picking process, the results indicated that the moment installed block passing to cutting blade was 238.75 N, the reaction force of which the branche bringed on the cutting blade was 3 851 N, and the maximum cutting stress was 23.02 Mpa during the cutting process. The safety factor of the cutting blade was 8.99. Analysis results confirmed reliability of structural design of cutting blades and feasibility of picking mechanism which provided a basis for the further optimization of its structure and study of the picking mechanism.
